The Night Swing

An unconscious sky appears in the midst of a flock of sheepish clouds.
Such a thick, quiet ambiance – not a sound can be found.
The perfect atmosphere for a cognitive wind to blow;
For it to come silently, powerfully, naturally, and slow.
This movement pushes the emotional swing through the air,
And the winds of change gently comb the girl’s hair.
Tears climb out of her eyes and run down her face –
As she swings back and forth in total grace.
The swing begins, as sadness directs its every move
But as time passes by her soul is soothed.
The relaxation that comes with the wind kissing her face
A healing atmosphere that her whole body must embrace.
Thus, those fatal feelings have to change and become anew
Happiness naturally appears just like the morning dew.
The stress that restricted her emotions has been broken and chained.
Hate evaporates from her spirit, but love – it remains.
